Our Story
As we entered our late 30s and 40s, we realized the wellness world wasn't speaking to us. It was either focused on elite athletes or anti-aging gimmicks. We wanted something real, science-backed, and community-oriented, right here in Minneapolis.
So, we built Muskeg Mind. Our journey began with a simple observation: our generation deserved a platform that understood the unique challenges and opportunities of midlife wellness. We envisioned a place where science met sensibility, and support was paramount. This platform is the culmination of that vision – a trusted space crafted for you, by people like you, right here in the heart of the Twin Cities.
